American Tanka is
a literary print journal devoted to English-language
tanka. We are an 8 x 5 1/2" perfect-bound print journal
with a glossy cover. We publish beautifully-crafted tanka from
both well-known and new
poets, featuring
one poem per page in order to allow the reader to focus upon the single tanka
and the moment it expresses. American Tanka currently
publishes once a year.
